ProofVault is a document signing, secure storage and document workflow service run by Tap One Marketing.

Tap One Marketing is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB744042.

• Account data: your name, email address and plan details.
• Documents and files you upload, sign, send or store, plus any information contained inside them.
• Signing and audit records: signer names, email addresses, timestamps, document hashes and event history needed to evidence a signature.
• Technical data: log and device information generated when you use the service.

We use your information to provide the service you asked for: hosting and delivering documents, creating signature and audit records, sending signing invitations and service emails, managing your plan, providing support and keeping the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use the contents of your documents for advertising.

We rely on performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, service improvement, support), consent where you have given it (for example marketing emails), and legal obligations (such as keeping billing records).

We use trusted providers to host and run ProofVault, including cloud hosting and database/storage infrastructure, transactional email delivery and, where applicable, payment processing. They may only process data on our instructions.

Documents are stored in a private storage area and are only accessible to your account and the recipients you invite. We keep documents, signature records and audit trails for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to evidence a completed signature. You can delete documents from your library at any time; deleting your account removes your stored files, subject to any records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent. Contact Taponemarketinguk@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

We use cookies and similar local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this notice as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
